What this is
SignetDrop is a web page that watermarks, resizes and renames photographs inside your own browser. It is published by Tekiba. Using it means accepting what is written here.
Your photos are yours
We acquire no rights in anything you put through this tool, because nothing you put through it reaches us. See Privacy.
The free version
Free to use, for anything, including commercial work. Ten photos at a time and up to 2048 pixels on the longest edge. Nothing we produce carries our name: the output is your photograph with your watermark on it.
The paid version
- $29, paid once. Not a subscription. Nothing renews.
- A licence for you, on the machines you use. Not for resale or redistribution.
- One year of updates from the date of purchase. After that year the version you have keeps working, unchanged, for as long as your browser runs it. The expiry limits new updates, never the software you already have.
- The key is the whole thing. There is no account. Keep the key from your receipt; it can be entered on any browser you use.
Payment and refunds
Payments are handled by Paddle, who are the merchant of record. Your card details go to Paddle and never to this site.
If it does not do what you needed, ask for a refund within 30 days and you will get one. Write to [email protected] with the email address you bought with. A refunded key stops unlocking the paid features; the free version keeps working.
What a watermark does not do
A visible watermark identifies a picture. It does not prevent copying, and it can be cropped or removed by someone who wants to. SignetDrop makes no claim to be tamper-resistant, and none of its output should be relied on as proof of anything.
No warranty
This tool is provided as it is. We test it (see the QA records in the repository) but we cannot promise it is right for your purpose or free of faults. Keep your originals. The output is written to a new archive and the tool never modifies or deletes the files you drop in, but no batch tool should be the only copy of anything.
To the extent the law allows, Tekiba is not liable for loss arising from use of this tool. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid — which for the free version is nothing and for the paid version is $29.
Acceptable use
Do not use SignetDrop to put someone else's mark on work that is not theirs, or to misrepresent the origin of a photograph. We cannot enforce this — the tool runs on your machine — but it is the condition of use.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. A change does not affect a licence already bought.
